Returns
Returns and exchanges are not supported if the wrong size or color was ordered, or if you simply changed your mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 28 days of product delivery.
Notify Us: To initiate a refund or reprint, email our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. Please provide a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged or misprinted product.
Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will send detailed instructions and, a new item if applicable.
Specific Conditions for Returns
Change of Mind: Sorry, we do not accept refunds for change of mind.
Defective Goods: If the product is defective, contact us immediately. will cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund.
Damaged Goods: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving damaged goods and provide photos. We will review the claim and arrange for a refund or replacement if necessary.
Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, contact us, and we will send the correct product at no cost to you.
Non-Delivery: If your order hasn’t arrived, contact us to initiate a courier investigation. If unresolved, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.
Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before shipment. If shipped, the above process applies.
